I was on 100 mgs of zoloft and got another recurrence of anxiety. My dr switched me to lexipro 10 mgs decreasing zoloft over a week. Today is day 2 of 10 mgs lexipro and no zoloft. I actually feel worse today. When should I begin to feel better.

All psych medications act quite individually for each person, so there is no answer for your question. You should call the doctor's office and leave a message that it doesn't feel like it's working. He or she may adjust your dosage or go back to tapering off more slowly, and you need to be an active part of fine tuning what you take and expressing how you feel.
