    Im 10wks pregnant I ate sloppy joes for dinner got sick threw up dark red blood now my neck hurts I'm shaking and feeling dizzy

    If you're ill you should see a doctor. You won't get help on the internet, it's not possible.

    We should not be throwing up blood ( if it was blood) you need to get medical attention locally
