    I live in ORegon. I had no state taxes taken out. Do I need to file a state income
    My husband and I do not have to file a Federal Income tax return.
    Do we have to file a State income tax return for the state of Oregon?

    See the attached to determine whether you need to file a tax return with OR or not or not, which are in the instructions for Oregon personal income tax. If you'd like more detail the complete set of instructions for Oregon income tax is here:

    If it's just the two of you (no other dependents), and you aren't claimed by someone else as a dependent, then you must file if your combined income in 2012 was greater than $13,085. If less than that - no, you don't need to file an income tax return with OR.
