    File an I-130
    Hi am.a Jamaican male who.is married to an American and she is 7 months pregnant we r having a son and I would really like to be there to with ness the birth of my 1st child she file an I-130 January for me to come to the states but it seems it won't come true in time... I want to apply for a visitor visa to be there to witness the birth of my son... what do u think my chances r to get the visa?. don't u think they willtell me to wait

    She could come to you and stay there though birth ?

    Do you have an immigration attorney working on it?

    No we don't have any 1 working on it... how long do you think I 1-30 will take because she sent it off Jan but we only got a case number nothing else so.far... she could.maybe have the babe here though
