I just got a 13 week old puppy. Lab/beagle mix. She hasn't ate much since I've got her she will eat a little but not much. Also she gets sick when she drinks water. What should I do?

How long have you had her?

Sometimes with little puppies, changes (such as leaving mom, leaving litter, different home, being in a shelter, etc.) will make them very nervous.. nervous dogs rarely eat.

Is she drinking lots of water quickly than vomiting it up right away? That's another nervous dog thing.. To help eliminate this.. give her small amounts of water at a time instead of giving her free range.

Try warming up her food or mixing in a small amount of canned food. You can also dribble a little bit of tuna oil on her food or a tablespoon of yogurt or cottage cheese. If she doesn't eat for 2-3 days straight, than you need to consult with your vet. If its been 2-3 days since she's eaten, than you need to call your vet right now. Healthy puppies will rarely miss a meal.
