How can I get rid of my buff arms?
Im short, small and skinny and I don't have a problem with that, the only problem is that I go to cadets and they make us do push ups all the time, I keep on building muscules on my arms but nowhere else, my arms are too buff now and I look really manly, I don't even mind flabby arms anymore, how do I get rid of my muscles?

Stop exercising. The only way to get rid of muscle is to stop working the muscles. Stop doing push ups and you'll have flabby arms in no time.
