    Green card
    In 2008 I passed in one mistake my intension was not stealing but I forget 24 dollar item in my hand and tey caugjt me and I paif 650 dollar fine my green card is in last stage under my husband green card is it affect on our green card kindly give me answer asap thanks paragi

    If you are charged and convicted... its possible they will take it... but the court outcome of the case is what matters most.

    You should consult this issue with experienced immigration attorney. Your record cannot be sealed but waiver helps in your case.
