Would the new I-601A be denied due to working in the U.S illegally.
I entered illegally in 1996 and have been here ever since. I'm married to a US citizen and have a US citizen child. Never have left the U.S, never nothing. Have no criminal or bad record. My question is would the new I-601A be denied due to working in the U.S illegally. I'm aware many immgrants use a false green card to get employment. Would that affect me or could it be a cause of inadmissibility? Thank you

Working without work permit is OK but using someone's Social Security Number is federal crime.

Before you proceed with filing I-485, consult experienced immigration attorney.
