    Hazy windows
    The windows doesn't look like they have moisture... just a hazy film

    Is it on the inside(between glass) or outside?

    If on inside, the window have a leak between glass and need to be replaced.

    The hazy film on some glass surfaces will not be removed however hard you try because its made of that quality. You will have to get a new glass for your window.
