    Vaginal bumps
    I've been getting these dry itchy bumps on the top of my vagina. They don't hurt or burn. They just itch. It spread a little. I have discharge also, it does not have a smell and it is white (sometimes clear). What is it? Or what does it mean?

    It is foolish and dangerous to diagnose medical conditions over the Internet. You need to see a Physician.

    Are you sexually active? Have you been tested for STDs?

    Could be an std like vaginal warts, razor bumps if you shave, or just irritated hair follicles (like pimples). Judy is right - see a doctor. Various types of discharge can be normal and may not be related to the bumps. Discharge changes at various times in your cycle - you might just not have noticed it before.
