Prison percentage for a 2nd time drug felon
I 12/12 on a class C possession charge. I am looking at doing time on a second drug charge which is a class B manufacturing charge. My manufacturing charge originates from 2003 (10 years ago) I have not had any charges in the last 10 years. I am facing revocation hearing for not reporting. How much time will I have to serve on a Class B -10 YEAR SENTENCE?
