I'm 15 days late. I'm very regular this has never happened before. Lately my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex. I took 2 pregnancy tests when I was 7 days late and 2 yesterday wheni was 14 days late. They were all negative. Last week I felt nauseas as if I was hung over for 2 days. I feel random sharp pains under my belly button, I don't know if its because I'm psyching myself out. Can I be pregnant even though the tests say no? I don't know what's going on I'm just so emotional because I can't figure out what's wrong with me. Any advise?

Yes, you could still be pregnant. False negatives are very common, and some women don't get a reliable answer from a home pregnancy test until well into their first trimester, sometimes even into their second trimester.

When you tested did you use first morning urine?

At this point I'd wait another week and if you still haven't gotten your period, test again using first morning urine. If that test is negative wait and see what happens with your next period. If you miss it as well then test again or get a blood test done.

I went to the doctor last week and the urine and blood tests tested negative as well. I'm suppose to get my period next week. Its just frustrating not knowing what's wrong with my body.

Did the doctor understand that you weren't that late yet? If you don't get your next period per schedule, test again.

Like Alty said, you're clearly trying to get pregnant - so why all the distress?
