    How to evict someone that is living in my home for free
    In the State of Alabama what is the process to evict someone from my home that is living there for free? Is it something I can do myself without getting too costly? Is there a Legal Form of Notice To Evacuate that I can purchase or create on line? Help!

    The process is the same. You give then a written notice to vacate in 30 days. If they don't you go to court for an eviction order.
