Ok here goes... My fiancé pled guilty to an A&B charge and got 2 years probation. One of the stipulations was that he complete a 90 day drug treatment program (he is an addict). Well he was reporting to his PO, giving clean Urines from the program etc...
Literally 4 days shy of his completion date of the treatment program, he left because the men in the house were using and his counselor got fired so he just left. I know, not a good thing...
Ugh, well he went to court the day after he left to see his PO and explain the situation and she violated him. To make matters worse, the judge gave him three chances to produce a urine and my fiancé "couldn't go". They detained him and gave him a hearing date 30 days later
Well, that hearing date is this week. During the time he was detained, I found out we are expecting a baby. I'm now 6 weeks along and scared.
What can I expect at his hearing on Thursday? Do you think that he is coming home or that he will have to go back to jail? I just want to prepare myself for whatever is going to happen

Your pregnancy will have nothing to do with the outcome. He is your boyfriend, not your husband, right?

I don't know that "husband" would make a difference.

He is clearly and openly defying the terms of his probation. I believe he will be incarcerated.
