I lent him my debit card. (I know now, that basically gave him permission), but I lent it to him for $60.00. The next week I went onto banking online, and noticed 2 mintues later he made another withdrawl (without my knowledge for another $60), throughout the night as I was sleeping he took my card on two other occasions totalling $320.00. He is on cocaine. 2 weeks before christmas 2011 he ended it between us (after I had made a call to him asking for some of my money). I am through with the pain of the breakup, but I want my money back.
Not only did he hurt me, but he "stole" money from me. He can't treat people like this and I want my money.

So you have two choices... call the police and report him... you can call you bank and tell them but without a police report... they aren't going to do much... they will have his picture on the ATM security system.

Or you take him to court and try to sue him for it.

There really aren't any other options... next time nobody but a married spouse should have your bank or card info...

Be careful throwing the word "stole " around... you gave him the card and your PIN... that changes it to the category of stupid mistake.. since he didn't "Steal" those. If he needed $60 YOU should have gotten it for him... but you see that now.

For just $320, there would be no point in going to a lawyer (which would cost more), or really doing anything else. I would report it to the police, just to have it on record, or at least let them know. I don't think you will ever get your money back.
