I got in trouble in Indiana for the first time ever in November 2009. I just turned 19. It was a C felony forgery. I was sentenced to 6 months in jail 6 months house arrest and five years Probation. I was released from jail inMay 2010 and completed house arrest in November 2010. I did very well for awhile but violated in August 2011. I was sentenced to 288 days house arrest. Completed that successfully in January 2012 but violated again shortly afterwards in February 2012. Both violations were for dirty drug screens. No new charges. The second violation they sentenced me to 7.5 months. I ended up going to prison. Found out I have hepatitis c. Whathaveyou. I got out in September 2012. Its now March 2013 I know not very long after but was just wondering. What you all thought of my chances of early termination. I don't mean right now. But maybe asking around September of this year or the beginning of 2014. I'm supposed to get off in May 2015. I've Really Turned my life around. I have a job at the local community mental health center, am going to college for my bachelors in psychology have been clean for over a year. Mainly I would like to get off Probation because I just recently found out about all this family that I didn't know I had from my mothers side (my mother passed away while I was in prison. ) all of my fines have been paid off since 2010. I've completed everything they have asked me to. I'm drug tested quite frequently but I asked them to do that. Opinions?
