Whenever I say something rude to one of my sisters my mom starts yelling and me and when they tell me that she doesn't say anything and I end up getting mad and she starts yelling at me and doesn't tell her anything. I just feel she has something against me and I don't know what to do

Re-read your question carefully. "I say something rude" that stuck out for me enough. It is simple logic: If you're going to be rude, don't be surprised if others are going to be rude back. Perhaps you need to take some time and evaluate your behaviour a little more closely and that might help you answer your question.

People mirror back whatever you send out. If you want them to stop yelling at you, try taking more time and thinking about your actions before you act.
