    Larceny by changing price tag
    Hi I was charged by changing price tag in nc but I only have j1 visa and I I going to star my process to get my residence o green card for my fiancé I going to have some problem with that

    If you get convicted of that... yes you will.

    Being charged means you got caught and are accused... convicted means you went to court and foud guilty.

    Being guilty of a crime can cause problems for getting or keeping agreen card.


    Theft can get a green card revoked and deported.

    Many jurisdictions impose penalties, such as deportation of Aliens, following convictions of crimes involving moral turpitude. You need to consult experienced immigration attorney before going through GC process.
