Is NRA need to file form 3520?
I'm a non resident alien holding f1 visa study in U.S, and I received more than $100,000 gift from my parents, they are not american citizen, should I file form 3520? The 3520 form seems only apply to U.S resident and I'm not an U.S person, thanks for any suggestion.

The Form 3520 requirement does NOT apply to you because, as you said, you are a non-resident alien.

As you said, UNLESS you are a US resident even for tax purposes, then, you do not need to file Form 3520;ONLY U.S. persons and executors of estates of U.S. decedents NEED to file Form 3520 to report certain transactions with foreign trusts,Ownership of foreign trusts and
Receipt of certain large gifts or bequests from certain foreign persons.
