I noticed in Prehung Interior and Exterior door they state. Left swing/Right swing
But they make no mention if it in swing in or swing out.

I thought I knew the answer to this, but when trying to get a reference for you I found it was more complex than I thought.

Check out this link in Wikipedia for more info.

If the hinge is on the inside of the room, it is an inswing door, on the outside, an out swing door. In swing doors are used for all types of rooms. Closet and laundry room doors are usually outswing. The swing side of the door is always flush with the jamb. You usually don't want an outswing door for an outside door since someone can pull the pins and jimmy the door. You cannot have a door swing over a stairway unless the landing is as big or bigger than the door. If space restricts, consider a pocket door.
