Having difficulty working this out.

transpose the following formula such that T becomes the subject:

(square root symbol) 4T + S
V - 200
= q

not sure if I have typed that out right its quite hard without the right formatting :S

any help would be truly gratefull

If this is the equation:

$\frac {\sqrt{4T+S}}{V-200} = q$

start by multiplying both sides by (V-200), and square both sides to get:

$4T+S = (V-200)^2q^2$

Then subtract S from both sides, and finally divide through by 4 to get:

$<br /> T =\frac { (V-200)^2q^2 - S}{4}<br />$
