    Hair drug test
    I took ecstasy / methamphetamine 6 months ago, and I have to take a drug test soon. I was told it takes 3 months to be out of your system, and another 3 months for good hair to be grown. Will I be fine?

    A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample of hair, cut at the scalp line, will show a 90 day history. Most employers, if it is a hair drug test for employment, will only go back 90 days. But as long as the hair is on the head the drug could be detected in a hair follicle drug test. So if you haven't done any drugs in the last 3 months you should be able to pass. I would need more info on how much drugs were done to give a better answer. Hope this helps ;)
