Delivery and pregnancy within 2-4 weeks of each other
Hi.I recently gave birth to my third little girl on Feb tenth.my husband and I only waited about two or four weeks to have ,and ended up doing it unprotected.. the twice.the first time he doesn't know if he actually came and the second he pulled out.for the party week or two I have been nauseous at the same time Kb the after noon and at night, extreme head aches, more tired than usual, moody at times, things don't taste or smell right.. but there's a turn.. about a two days ago I started bleeding again, its really dark and not a lot but there are some little clots as well... I don't know if I should prepare for pregnancy just in case our what.. any input is appreciated..

First off- pulling out is NOT an effective method in pregnancy prevention.

As far as your question is concerned- the chances of you being pregnant is quite slim due to the hormonal changes that occur during and even after the pregnancy. If you're breast feeding these hormonal changes are most definitely still in place.
But, it's still possible, rare but possible.

I'm curious- do you have a fever at all? It could be endometritis (made worse or even caused by sexual activity too close to the trauma caused by the birth).

To a degree bleeding is normal after pregnancy for up to 6 weeks, but given some of your other symptoms, I would contact your doctor and try and get an appointment. They'll alleviate your pregnancy fears and make sure you don't have an infection!

By the way congratulations on the baby!

I an aware that pulling out is not very effective that's why I am worried.I don't have fevers that I know of but I really have not felt the need to check either.I do have random pain my abdomen and hot flashes very often.I have am appointment with my OB on money to get the mirena but I will defiantly be talking with her about this issue first.if I am pregnant and don't know it, would getting the mirena harm the baby?

Yes, if you get mirena it will harm the baby if you're pregnant.
But there's only a small chance you are.

Talking to your doctor is a good idea! But if you get a fever or start feeling more ill go to the ER or see a doctor ASAP.
