    Can a lien be put on a deadbeat dad even if is in his spouse name too.
    Can you put a lien on a dead beat dad's house. If the dead beat dad and his wife name are on the deed.

    Is it court ordered support? What State/Country?

    Is there a Judgment against him?

    A lien can be put on any property that he is listed as the owner, doesn't matter if its jointly owned or not. But the lien has to be obtained through proper legal channels before it can be registered. Most states have child support collection agencies that can help you with this.
