Can the Mass Department of Revenue levy a bank account you have out of state?
Can the Mass Department of Revenue levy out of state bank accounts? We currently live in Florida, and I was wondering if the MDOR is able to do this? I know that they can levy accounts within Mass, but I'm not sure if they have the jurisdiction to do it out of state...
