    Prom in a month!
Hello! I know that I'm not ever in my life going to be a size 2, I embrase that I'm a big plus size girl and that's fine with me. But my senior prom is around the corner and I bought this little slinky dress... it looks really good on me but I really need to drop as much weight as possible because it would look better with the more weight I loss... I don't want to go crazy and starve myself because that's nuts, but the good ol execrise and diet isint cutting it. Doesn't anyone have any secrets or meds (yes I no you shouldn't but I'm willing to try anything) that could help me drop some quick weight!

    p.s. I have about a month

How is your diet, do you eat a lots of snacks, cakes cookies, soda, fast foods or fried foods? If so cut them out. Exercise, what kind are you doing? You need at least 30-60 minutes a day 4-5 times a week, its something that can work but you have to work hard to achieve it. Pill will give you short term results, but the regain is 95% guaranteed, and your still required to diet, eat healthy and exercise with most diet pills.Theres truly no secrets to weight loss, A lower body fat percentage comes from a healthy and steady weight loss of no more than 3 pounds a week, this slowly lowers your body fat and that means permanent weight control and limits weight regain. Fast weight loss results in water loss, loss of protein lowers lean body weight and metabolism, which means pounds of loss but only a few ounces of body fat burned. When you speed up your metabolism, you burn more fat, Eat natural, low fat, low calorie, low sugar, low sodium foods, in smaller servings! The key to success is to shrink caloric intake and the size of your plate. Cut out fried and fatty foods, drinks lots of water especially before meals, and eat whole grain, pasta, rice, breads and cereals. Choose fruits and veggies over snacks, broil, bake you lean meats like skiness chicken, turkey, fish loin type meats, using canola or olive oil. And remember Each day you need 2-3 servings of skim, low fat 1-2% milk, skim, part skim, low fat cheese, and nonfat, low fat yogurt, Calcium regulates energy metabolism which increases fat breakdown and decreases body fat. The serving size of every meal you take in is very important, 1 serving of meat is about 3 ounces, 1 serving of milk- yogurt, is 1 cup, cheese 1 1/2 oz. If you change your eating habits and exercise and make it a habit you will see results over time, but it needs to be something you do everyday. :p

I really don't think at your age I'd promote any pills, why not try the Slim Fast plan, it's not that expensive, it'll give you the nutrition you need and hopefully results you want, along with exercise and following their instructions.;)
