Tell your parents. Tell your doctor.

Is there a reason that what is happening? Breathing?

Is this in reply to another question? If so, why are you starting a new thread? Just post all relevant info on the original thread by posting in the Quick answer box at the bottom of the page. Otherwise every new thread is treated as a new question. This thread doesn't have enough info to even guess.

I've had this problem. Mine is anxiety. When I get stressed, or anxious, I can go through months of having to force myself to yawn just to get enough air.

But everyone is different. What's wrong with me, doesn't mean the same thing is wrong with you. You'll need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.

Go to wikipedia and other sites to read about how the lungs (and the whole respiratory system) work. If your medicine and inhaler aren't working, talk to your doctor of course. Also learn how to avoid the things that cause your allergies. If you are allergic to any plants, learn how to identify them. If foods, learn how to read the tiny ingredient list on all packaged foods. If dust mites, replace your pillow often, and also wash it when you wash your sheets. And so on. Your family should help you with this, so ask for their help.
