I ve been with my boyfriend for 7 years. We have a child together its been rocky between us the whole relationship for for one reason or another. Most of them involving girls lying and porn. It has bills on the cable and the phone. Its caysed 1000 fights and numerous break ups. He used to say he was sorry and said he knew he was addicted and it was a demon and he needed help. He gets sloppy doesn't shave diesnt wash clothes and doesn't seem to care about his family and now says he watch whenever he wants cause he's not a little kid. I feel like I I've been fighting with porn our whole relationship and its draining me I c it as a weaknesz and a lack of self control. Then I wonder what else he lacks.in self control? The trust is gone should I b too?

Who is deciding what is addiction... you or him? I've seen nothing posted as to allow any of use to decide if its really excessive or if you are just overly sensitive on the topic.

Personally it sounds to me like he's sick and tired of being dictated to about what he can and can't watch... and becoming a slob is his way of dishing out payback in a non-violent way.

He's an adult... its his right as an adult to watch a reasonable amount. You are his partner, not his boss..

Now there is a lot you elude to but didn't actually clarify... because he can find and watch all the porn he wants and not spend a dime... unless he's doing it on a cell phone then the data plan usage costs can add up quick...

If you're fighting about everything, all of the time, then you're just not compatible.

Why is he doing these things? Is he just so distracted by porn that he's quit caring about everything else (because that would be addiciton) or do you think he's just trying to tick you off by being a slob (as smoothy suggested)?
Has he said he thinks he's addicted and was he serious when/if he said it?
