    Leaky faucet
My hot water faucet leaks. I changed the washers and it was OK for a couple weeks. Several times I've changed the entire faucet... its OK a couple weeks then leaks. I changed the seat about 4 years and just recently put a new faucet in... again. Still leaking. Help!

So, you have changed 2 faucets and they both leak? Where are they leaking, on the deck or underneath?

Its only the hot water faucet. It looks like its leaking from the seat . When I turn the faucet the water comes from behind the decorative piece that covers the faucet. Water also leaks onto the basement floor, only when the hot faucet is on.

You said you "changed the faucet ". I believe you mean you changed the stem.
Remove the escutcheon plate so you can see the valve body and then turn on the water. Can you see where it is leaking?
