    Crime Victim Compensation for South Carolina
    My daughter was the victim of a violent crime in which the man was convicted. We completed paperwork for crime victim's compensation, but never received it.

    I've heard this before! I think funny things go on with the funds... contact the Attorney General's Office online, consumer protection, for starters.
