    Constant Back Pain
I have a constant (daily for months) throbbing pain in my back from my shoulder blades down to lower spine. Nothing I have tried (heat, cold packs, stretching etc) has helped any. Sitting, standing and laying are all the same with standing being the most painful The pain is so bad it is hard to breath. I can't do housework, shop, drive or function normally. I have osteoarthritis since I was little but this pain is different and relentless. Just need suggestions to ease pain. No insurance so DR is out of question. Thanks

We can't diagnose here. You really need to be seen by a doctor. Do you have a free clinic in your area?
