    Can you travel while on probation
    I will be on the fourth month of my 12 month probation in June, I was wondering is it possible to travel to the Turks & Caicos Islands for two months (I used to live there and I am just visiting friends and family). I was charged with two counts of theft under 5000 and I am on a conditional discharge. I just wanted some feedback before I ask my probation officer.

    That's a tough question. I know u how to get a travel permit to travel out of state but Idk about the other. I wouldn't hurt to ask.

    It depends on your probation. Some allow you to travel out of state and some don't. Depends on your crime. You should ask your officer.
