Loud banging noise and crack in basment wall
I just heard 4 loud banging noises that sent me running to the sound. The sound came from basement. I went down to sump pump and found a crack in the wall right behind the sump pump. Crack is from ceiling and down 18-24" from floor. Right at the pipe that goes from sump, out of basement wall. What just happened? Should I be alarmed? Any and all info is needed! Its 11pm too late to call a plumber

Do you see signs of water anywhere?

No water signs, but it just happened minutes ago. This is a basement wall. Concrete. I guess it would be called a foundational wall?

Perhaps a foundation issue, if the wall cracked, not a plumbing issue unless water is leading though this.
