Cleaning Bid for 11000 Sq Ft Commercial Property
I have a bid for an 11000 sq ft office space. They want me to come in 5 days a week. They will provide equipment, supplies, and chemicals. The labor consists of vacuuming, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, and replacing trash (40 cans), sweeping/mopping breakroom. I have come up with a bid of 2587$ (about .23$/sq ft). The distance is 8 miles round trip with gas at about 3.75$/gallon. Being that this is my first commercial bid I want to be as accurate as possible. Can you help??
