    501c3 rules and regulations,benefit for foreign countries
    Can you have a 501c3 organization that raise funds for the benefit of foreign projects.

    Yes, there are multiple 503c that raise money to benefit foreign organizations.

    Most churches raise funds for over seas missions, again the use of those funds will have to be for a non profit activity
