    I lost my bankruptcy discharge papers
    How do I get a copy of my discharge papers. My attorney in Springville has passed away and I need them for a home loan.

    Where do I go?

    Try contacting the court where you dealt with the bankruptcy. They should have info.

    You have to register with a credit card, but if it's under so many pages in a quarter there is no charge.
