    Easy way to lose 40-50 pounds fast
    Ok I'm 13 years old and I'm about 5 feet tall or 5'1 and I weigh 154 pounds. I would like to know easy ways to lose about 40 to 50 pounds really fast but healthy. I don't exactly have a supported family so it will be hard but I hate the name calling and I think I can make it. Please help me, I'm desperate! Thank You

    Healthy way to lose 50 lbs. but not fast (2 lbs. a week is safe) is cutting calories by cutting out junk food, lots of greens, lots of water, and sticking to a good active schedule like walking about 2 miles a day, jogging. You are l3 you can do it! It doesn't cost money to lose weight.

    So this is the way I can lose weight fast then I'll do it but what are some particular foods I should be eating because at my school we have a 5min break at 10:00AM then lunch at 11:20AM then we have another 5min break at 1:30PM. Should I be eating an apple every meal and some water too?
