    Spot worry
Hi my boyfriend has tiny sort of spots on his chest area and few on arms. They are not red raw or look like their itchy and they are nowhere near any sexual areas but it still concerns me . When I have seen him sometimes I get a few red spots on the chest or arms, not itchy though. Could it be to do with having a pet dog? Animal related or bedding related maybe? Hes a clean person always washing so? Advice please. Thank you.

Did you switch laundry soap or deodorant lately? It could be an allergic reaction to one of the toiletries y'all use.

It could be one of these --

    - cherry angiomas (or hemangiomas) which are completely harmless, are blood vessels above the surface of the skin, come with age, and will never become a problem.
    - leukocyclastic vasculitis (usually benign inflammation of the capillaries that can be associated with infections, medications, autoimmune processes)
    - Schamberg's disease (benign disorder presenting as cayenne pepper like red dots on the lower legs of older people)
    - extravasation of blood into the skin caused by scratching and damaging the capillaries
    - atopic dermatitis
    - psoriasis
    - melanoma skin cancer

What Those Tiny Red Dots on Your Skin Might Mean

Your doctor or a dermatologist is a good person to show these to for an assessment of what they are.

Yes it could be one of these. Trouble is there are so many skin complaints. Thank you for the advice.
