    Home forcloser
    I bought a home then 3 years latter moved do to job tried to sell the house but no luck so rented it out meanwhile bought another home to live in now I have lost my job and I am on Ontario works, the tenants in my first home have stopped paying rent, the mortgage holder is going to foreclose on that home, if the house does not sell for what is owing can they force me to sell the other home that I live in?

    Not likely, but they can sue you for their loss.
