    Pain upon touching arms and legs even lightly
    My 21 year old granddaughter has extreme pain when her arms and legs are even lightly touched.

    Might want to talk your child into taking your grand daughter to a doctor. It is beyond the scope of the internet to properly diagnose based upon a sentence of information.
