Wiring recessed lights to 3-way dimmer switches
I'm in remodeling our basement and plan on using 6" Halo recessed lights (12). I have installed lights before, but not on a 3-way circuit with dimmer switches. I know that it calls for 14-3 wire for the dimmers, but does it have to go to each light or just the first light and then connect the rest in a daisy chain. Can you clarify this.
    Thanks,

Installation of 3-way switches requires 3-wire cable between switches. Three way switches always work in pairs. Whether that is 14 gauge or 12 gauge wire depends on the amperage of the circuit.
