Need Bankruptcy Discharge Proof for renting in California
I am looking to rent an apartment in California and need: Bankruptcy Docket Report and Discharge Record that date back to 2004' or prior to prove I don't own all that is on my credit report. How do I get this info without paying a high fee? Isn't this supposed to be in public records @ the Court House the case was heard in?

    Thanks,
