Patient: 60 year old Female. Suffering from arthritis. Severe pain all over the body. Under treatment from 07.02.2013 onwards. Creatinine level before starting treatment was 1.1(ref. value: 0.6-1.0).
Medicines taken from 07.02.13 to 11.02.13:
HCQS 400 mg, 001; Lubrijoint 750 mg, 101; Shelcal 500 mg, 100; Snepdol 100mg, 101, Wal D3 60000 U, 1 capsule a week; Pantocid 40 mg,100 (before food).

Medicines from 12.02.13:
All the above medicines + Medrol 4mg ; 200 x 1 week, 100 x 2 weeks, 1 on alternate days.

Creatinine level:
07.02.13: 1.1;
12.02.13: 1.2;
02.03.13: 2 .

The creatinine level seems to be increasing with time (?).What is the reason? Is it the side effect of the medicines? Please advise.
