    Credit card debt judgement
    Can a credit card company get a judgement on your bank account in OKLAHOMA ? Or your income taxes?

    Yes on bank account, maybe on tax return

    If they can prove you owe it, they can get a judgment.

    Having done so, can they levy on your bank account? Sure. Can they garnish your income tax refunds from the IRS or the State of Oklahoma (assuming Oklahoma has a state income tax)? No.
