Visa to visit USA for 3 months
My friend was deported from the USA back to Italy 14 years ago. Can he get a visa and come here just for a 3 month visit ? He wants to visit with his family which he misses very much and hasn't seen them in 14 years.

    Thank you

He's been out for 10 years... so its possible they will allow it. Actually a lot depends on the actual reasons for the deportation.. They need to make enquiries and everything before they commit to an airline ticket.

When deported your friend was fingerprinted so that remains forever on his record. He could hire a immigration lawyer and see if can apply for a waiver, but normally these are only allowed to someone wanting to visit a spouse.

If he can prove strong ties to his country, he probably gets the visa. Waiver not needed here.
