More info is needed. Any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Rules for apartment houses are different than for transient hotels. So we need to know whether this is considered a transient hotel or not. How did you come to live there? Is there a written agreement?

Can hotel make us leave when they know we've lived here for 7 months?
We pay in advance , but no longer pay month to month because hotel knows we waiting for tax return. When we moved here they knew our home was foreclosed . They rent to other people also . What the Nassau county law ? Can anyone help ? We have no where to go ? This isn't our home state!?

Florida does have laws differentiating from transient hotels. Basically if it is transient hotel, then you are out of luck,

Your question is a bit unclear.
You're staying at a hotel, is that correct? You've been there for 7 months? Are you renting, have a lease, have a monthly fee etc?
You stated that you're no longer paying month to month. Do you pay daily, weekly, or are you saying that you haven't paid anything for months?
Are they asking you to leave for non payment? How far behind on payments are you? Have they put anything in writing to remove you from the hotel?

I should have looked at your other threads. Now my post looks silly, since I based it on your second thread about the same issue.

Yes the manager, changed our payments to weekly so if we found a house it would save us money.. Yes we pay & offered to pay before they reserved our room. The front desk manager told us , the manager said he talk to us. That was a lie . And that we have to check out on the 8th of March. We never was warned of this & everyone knows we live here until we get are refund to move in a place. Please give me advice . I just don't believe they can treat any guest this way.?

They can make you leave if you are disruptive in any way, or added extra people, or have too many cars, or litter, or are noisy, or kids are bothering other guests... basically any complaint. Technically they don't even have to have a reason, sorry. Could you rent an RV for a few weeks, or space at a campground out of town? What are your plans for finding a house? You have cash to buy a house?
