    How do I get guardianship of my sister,when her grandmother has guardianship of her?
    My sister is 12 and is living with her grandmother because our mother and her father are both drug addicts,well my sister has been telling me about the bull crap that's been going on In The house! Her grandmother treats her awful compared to our brother! Mentally and physically abusing her! I need to know how to get her out of there! I'm afraid she is going to hurt herself! I have heard that she is cutting herself and that tears my up inside! I have a home and two kids of my own, I'm not rich I can't afford a big lawyer bt I need to get her outa there! Please someone help!

    Then she should call Family Services and report the situation. If they remove her you can put in to foster her.
