Student Filing taxes with no income
Should I get a refund if I have no job and a full-time student? I was filing taxes for Fafsa and it says that ill get 1000$ back due to the American Opportunity Credit. Will I get in trouble if I file with this info?

That is a legitimate tax return. The American Opportunity Credit has a $1,000 refundable credit that students with no earned income can claim.
