Constant bleeding with tissue-like strips discharging
I have been cramping for over three weeks and spotting for two weeks. The last three days I have found large inch long clumpy strips of bloody tissue while wiping after urinating. The bleeding is never enough to soak a pad, just panty liners. The cramps range from moderate to severe and I've begun having nightly migraines for a week. Why could this signify?
