What do you do for physical activity?

Also, please don't post using text talk, use full words and the best English you're capable of. Text talk is against the rules of this site.

So you don't do any physical activity? No sports? You don't play outside, or do any sort of exercise?

That may be why you're having trouble sleeping. You sit around all day.

Have you ever tried reading a book before bed? I find that when I read before bed, it helps my mind relax, and helps me get to sleep. Pick a book that you find interesting, but not scary, and read a few pages or chapters (depending on how fast a reader you are) around 30 minutes before bed. See if that helps get you to dreamland.

If this is an issue that happens often, and you've tried all of our suggestions, then it's time to tell your parents and see if they can offer a solution, or take you to a doctor specializing in sleep disorders.

Sadly, we're pretty much exhausted any option we can recommend online.
